Yesterday And Tomorrow

 "But you will not leave in haste or go in flight;

for the Lord will go before you, the God of Israel will be your rear guard."

ISAIAH 52:12

Our past failures - sins - the reminders of not doing God's will remain as memories so that in the future and the present you remember the Lord goes out ahead of you to prepare your way. It is in this truth that peace and security take hold of your life. Be not ashamed of your past - but joyful in Christ Jesus for redeeming you.

Let not yesterdays sin keep you from following the Lord today. The path paved without the Lord is not known. The truth of Jesus Christ is known - and therefore so is your life in Jesus.

There is no thing worth doing without the Lord - no safety - no assurance. In Christ you have absolute assurance that the path forged with Jesus is perfect - safe - guarded by God himself. The path of Christ leads to the lost souls in need of the love of God - the path of Christ leads to heaven.

The present and future belong to God - allow the past experience in sin and failure to serve as points of ministry to help your neighbor - to help the one that has not received the grace of God - to share how with the Lord Jesus - you have received grace and freedom. The Lord of Heavens Armies will go before you and prepare the way - and the Lord of Heavens Armies will keep you safe and be your guard.

Trust in Jesus with all of your strength, mind, heart and soul. Fear nothing except disobedience to God - for it is he who has planned your steps. Be loving - as God is love. Do not Judge for the Lord will judge you as you have done to others. Keep your tongue from causing you to sin - as it is not what goes in your mouth that defiles you - but rather - what comes out. Do not cause another to fall away from God - for it is you that will suffer in eternity. But always be loving - lifting up those that are afflicted in spirit. 

As apostles and disciples - we are representatives of Christ here on earth through The Holy Spirit of King Jesus. We are called to love - spread the good news of Jesus - and prepare the chosen for his return. 

In King Jesus We Trust - In King Jesus We Live!

My Fountains Are In You

 As they make music they will sing,

    “All my fountains are in you.”

PSALM 87:7

People often get caught up in labels - identifications with something or someone of the natural world. This is precisely what the Lord does not want his children doing. He wants all his children to be completely identified with Jesus Christ. 

As children of God - Jesus is our God - It is only through him in which we even have life. In getting rightly related to Christ Jesus - he fills you with his virtues - for you are no longer natural - but supernatural - you are eternal with light of Christ Jesus. He is Lord - He is God. Christ Jesus is the King of the world.

When the Lord works in you - evidence of his work is that you will begin to see cracks - falsehoods - failings in the natural world. The breaking down of the natural life causes panic within yourself of letting go of what is known - even when it is failing. He is drawing you to himself. The Lord desires you to set aside the natural life for him.

The Lord does not call us to be the best of ourselves. The Lord calls us to seek his will to be done in us - such that his will comes out of us. A persons natural best does not measure up to the work needed for the kingdom of heaven. It is Christ in you that has the power and ability to save souls and change the world.

Discipleship

 From this time many of his disciples turned back and no longer followed him.

“You do not want to leave too, do you?” Jesus asked the Twelve.

JOHN 6:66-67

The spirit of God is fueled by your conscious desire to be obedient to the Spirit of God. As you listen - and obey the Lord's voice and spirit that does live in all those whom call Jesus Lord - Your peace and joy are brought full. The Lords peace allows you to see his point of view - his discernment in your life will take new shape.

To hear the Lord and choose another action to take will lead you into a murky wilderness of confusion. Jesus is truth - the spirit of God gives you "the way" - the Lord is the light and life of man - Walk in obedience and be renewed in Jesus once more.

The truth of Christ will cause your consciousness of self desires to be brought more forward in your mind. In this - an internal debate of personal rights will ensue inside of you. It is within the debate of self rights where a battle against the Lord takes place. This is where the disciple rejects his right to himself at all cost and follows Jesus in faith. The one who deserts the Lord and backslides into the natural chooses his own truth over that of the risen Lord.

Faith in Jesus is to accept an understanding of a new way of life - unlike the version of life you had been living before you met the Lord. He is the cornerstone. Trust in the one that knows why you were born. Have faith in the one that never changes. Follow Jesus all the way to the brink - He will never leave you or forsake you. 

Conversion To The Holy Spirit

 “Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven."

MATTHEW 18:3 

The life of the saint is one given each day. The continual outflow of love - praise and thanks in your spirit to the Lord is absolute. The Lord yearns to fill you with his peace and joy - Allow all of the fruits of the spirit to be received. This is with continual surrender to Christ Jesus.

Be washed daily of your sins in the blood of Christ Jesus - Renew your heart and mind in all those things Holy and Righteous - let your will be done in my life. Allow the Lord to live in you - and be free of the bonds of this world.

Converting yourself from the natural human life to the that of the spiritual life of Christ requires a constant deliberate commitment such that each fiber of you that does not resemble the life of Christ should fall away by choice. We cannot live for ourselves and also have the Lord live full inside of us. 

“Truly I say to you, there is no one who has left house or wife or brothers or parents or children, for the sake of the kingdom of God, who will not receive many times as much at this time and in the age to come, eternal life.” - Luke 18:29-30

Accepting Jesus is the acceptance of a new life to be lived in you. Accepting Jesus is when you decide to turn away from your old life and trust the life Jesus has prepared for you. Accepting Jesus is to love your neighbor. Accepting Jesus is to lose yourself intentionally for the one that lives forever. Accepting Jesus is to know God. 

The Battle For Victory

 “If you, Israel, will return, then return to me,” declares the Lord.

JEREMIAH 4:1

The battle is won first in private - with the Lord - all alone. It is in the quiet time, removed from the hustle and wishing ways of the world where the Lord does his work in you. He fills you with wisdom in struggle - with knowledge in hardship.

The Lord calls on you to come to him first - before you attempt in the world. It is with him privately he fills you - for this communion you must devote your time and life to Christ Jesus. The battle is won in private - repeated into the world.

Many battles are taken up without God as the centerpiece for victory. Never take up a battle without first reconciling the situation with God. Sort the battle out with God privately before taking up the fight. The Lord of Heavens Armies fights for his people and if God is with you, who can stand against you?

Walk in The Light

" God is light; in him there is no darkness at all. If we claim to have fellowship with him and yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not live out the truth. But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all sin."

1 JOHN 1:5-7 

To walk in the light is to walk in the world with Jesus Christ. Accept him as Lord - as the perfect atonement - the perfect sacrifice. Through faith in him the light is given forth unto you. Through obedience to Jesus and the spirit given - you thus begin to walk in the light more and more - that is - allow Jesus to be seen in you 

As you accept the Lord and feel the Holy Spirit move inside you - the cleansing of sins and the perfection of the atonement are made real and manifested inside of you. It is only then that you have true knowledge of sin and the atonement of Jesus Christ.

New Birth in Christ

 "Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign: The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and will call him Immanuel."

ISAIAH 7:14

God is with us - Emmanuel - God in us - We are the temple - the house - the home for the most high God. Our Father brought us Jesus to show us this - the word is given to show validity to the Spirit of the most high God. The Lord Jesus truly lives in us - for us - as you walk in the rebirth of Christ Jesus in your own life.

Be obedient so he can completely manifest totally into your flesh - this is the promise of grace - the truth of Jesus Christ - The Savior of man - The king of the world - in eternity to everlasting to everlasting.

Jesus was a promise from God - and he came from God. He was placed inside a virgin by God - not by humans. He was from God not from the flesh of man. He came from heaven to teach us the way and through rebirth in him - you too shall be a new creation - not by human making - but by the spirit of God himself. 

The sign of a new birth in you is the allegiance for which you live. A new creation in Christ will do the will of Christ. He will work his truth and love out in you and through you for his good use.

The Hidden Life

 "Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things. For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God."

COLOSSIANS 3:2-3

When you accept Christ Jesus as Lord and truth - it becomes more difficult to live in sin. As you accept Jesus - and follow him - The life of Christ is born in you - Christ Jesus gives you his spirit - his joy - his peace. There is no peace or joy without Jesus.

When you follow the Lord and all his decrees and you call on Jesus - the eternal Lord WILL show up - it is then - you can never live in the world again - but only for Jesus - to help spread the Gospel. Christ Jesus is the hidden life of eternity that is available for all who choose to see.

Personal Atonement

 "May I never boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world."

GALATIANS 6:14

To follow Christ Jesus with passion all you seek with him will be made new. In being made new in baptism and the Holy Spirit - the old you is wasted away. Your old you remains in your mind but becomes insignificant - boring - and it fades. This is the act of atonement within yourself.

You must let the old you die and become new in Christ. This is the atonement Jesus made for us - Crucified on the cross - giving his life and spirit freely to his father in triumph. We too must freely give death to our old selves and be made eternal in Christ Jesus.

Jesus became sin to set you free from sin. Jesus is the gift. There is no freedom from sin or a way to avoid temptation for which leads to death without Christ. He is the way. The Holy Spirit of Jesus Christ provides knowledge of sin for which you otherwise would have no thought. It is his Spirit that provides both wisdom and power for life and choice.

It is the death of Christ that allows you to have life. For he came to end sin and save mankind and show that he was God in rising from the tomb. The grave did not hold the spirit of life that lives forever and ever. Jesus freely gives his Holy Spirit for you to have life in his name.

Hearing the Voice of God

  "For my Father’s will is that everyone who looks to the Son and believes in him shall have eternal life, and I will raise them up at the last day....No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws them...."

JOHN 6:40,44 

The inner voice that resides in your heart is the Lord. All good things come from Jesus. The world is a spiritual one. Many false realities have sprung up over time to verify what the mind can comprehend. The truth is Jesus Christ.

The body is created by God the Father to be a temple - God is a spirit - a spirit of love. As you accept his son Jesus - your heart will be transformed - the inner voice grows louder in obedience - the father wants you to himself in eternity. As you walk in obedience - and follow the Lord with all your heart and all your mind - the heavens will open and an outpouring of favor will be given by the Lord - for the glory of Christ Jesus.

The line of following Jesus comes at the cost of following yourself or that which leads to quick self motivating pleasure. To be drawn by Christ is to hear his voice calling you from the inside - at which time a decision on the line of choice will be given. The voice of the Holy Spirit within is always kind, loving, peaceful and patient. Will you hear the call of the Lord and go with him?

Belief does not come from the eyes but from the heart and mind. Faith is brought forth by making a personal decision to believe in Jesus and to follow him for life everlasting. If you put new wine in an old wine bottle is not the wine ruined? New wine must be placed in a new bottle. As it is with us - we are to shed the old beliefs and thoughts of the world and begin new in baptism of The Holy Spirit of Jesus Christ. It is this new Spirit of the life of Christ that is born unto you in faith - the new spirit must be nurtured by the word and love of God - while the old human spirit is snuffed out and allowed to fade by the new choices you make for love not self.

Revelation of The Holy Spirit

 "For who knows a person’s thoughts except their own spirit within them? In the same way no one knows the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God. What we have received is not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, so that we may understand what God has freely given us."

1 CORINTHIANS 2:11-12

Many do not understand Jesus. Many do not understand the spirit. The rebirth through baptism of water in acceptance of Jesus Christ as the risen Lord and the Holy Spirit is only known through faith. No experience not related to God is worthy of thought.

Jesus Christ - the Son of God and the Spirit of the Most High is the only Truth. Jesus lives - he lives in all those who accept him as Lord and Savior. He is love. This spirit will set you free by infusing you with God's love, peace, joy, wisdom and patience. The Lord is truth - call on Christ Jesus - The Lord is waiting at your door.

The Spirit of God works in you - changing the inner thought dialogue to include the voice of The Holy Spirit of Jesus. This voice speaks to you from the inside in the same manner in which you hear your own thoughts. You are designed for communion with God through Prayer and continual dialogue. Faith and obedience to Christ are the lifeblood of the voice and Spirit of God to work in you.

Disobedience and sin lead to the voice of God being snuffed out inside of you as you choose the way of the failing world. Jesus desires a personal relationship with you so that he may give you his spirit such that his will is done in you and through you.

Working For Christ

  "And I, when I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all people to myself.”

JOHN 12:32

The only true line of work for the Christian is to build the glory of Christ Jesus eternal kingdom. The fallacy of the world is that they believe what they see - and love is very rarely seen. God is love - Jesus is the way.

The Truth is the Spirit of God. The Cross - is the pinnacle of redemption - it is where my brother Christ Jesus looked into heaven and gave his father - the most high God - his spirit. It is then - he triumphed over all the world in giving us a chance to live. The only true life - eternal life - is in Jesus - all else is false - Jesus is the Truth.

A person experiencing a distressed spirit is not in need of sympathy on a human line but rather in need of the Way to Christ. Spiritual distress can only be fixed with God - any other line of understanding is an offense to him. We are useful in Christ when seeking Jesus in all situations - when we are reliant on our relationship to him.

Lift up Christ Jesus in your hearts and in your minds such that his will comes out of you in each situation. It is he in you that will find and save the lost souls that Jesus has sent his workers to harvest. The harvest is prepared and the workers are sent forth to lift all eyes to Christ Jesus such that he may draw them to himself.

Concentrate on Christ

  “Do not suppose that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I did not come to bring peace, but a sword. 

 For I have come to turn

“‘a man against his father,

    a daughter against her mother,

a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law

    a man’s enemies will be the members of his own household.’"

MATTHEW 10:34-36

The Lord provides peace and freedom - no other source provides either. Everything else is a short lived joy. Often, those who have - feel more righteous and judgmental than those without. It is why the poor and humble shall inherit the earth. 

It is not money that provides reconciliation for the Spirit. No - it is only in Christ Jesus are you born into a new spirit. It is this new spirit of the Lord that provides all that will be needed. With Jesus, never fear giving up that which he chooses to take. Fear only the removal of heavenly peace - removed in disobedience to the Lord.

The Lord asks that you seek his peace and not that of searching for it in the world or from other people. The sword of Christ is to cut away all that which binds you up and keeps you away from God - to convict you of his truth. The conviction of Christ brings forth affliction of the heart for what was previously unknown.

God is love and Jesus Christ came to save you from that which leads to death. Let the Lord Jesus have his way with you and be truly set free. 

Loyal To Christ

"And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. For those God foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters." 

ROMANS 8:28-29

The test of loyalty comes in difficulty. Christians today are much like the Jewish people of old - they would not recognize the Lord among them due to his humility. Jesus did not live for praise - but for obedience to the father. It is in this way that we, today, must be.

The Lord will work in us exactly as he did Jesus - The father is the son through the Holy Spirit - Make yourself whole before the Lord and do as Jesus did for you. Give your life to him in the most difficult unimaginable situation. Call on Jesus in your pain and sorrow and he Will be there. Fear only disobedience to Christ - For he is the Only truth.

There are many misunderstandings about Jesus, but the greatest among those who call him Lord is that he can not do in you what he said he can and will do. Jesus lives today. Let him do his work in you.

Redemption - Life in The Holy Spirit

 "This is what we speak, not in words taught us by human wisdom but in words taught by the Spirit, explaining spiritual realities with Spirit-taught words. The person without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God but considers them foolishness, and cannot understand them because they are discerned only through the Spirit." 

1 CORINTHIANS 2:13-14

Those who walk with God, need God. He is our father - creator - brother - hope - faith and truth. The Lord created you to desire his word - his heavenly peace that only he can provide. There is no food or sport that fills the desires of the heart like the most high God has created in you.

It is in redemption that you truly begin to thirst and hunger for your Lord. Jesus says, a man must not live on bread alone but on the word of God. It is in Jesus that we are fed. It is in Jesus that we drink the water of life.

A life lived on the line of redemption is constantly working to alter our disposition to make us new - into the life of Christ - manifested through our bodies. This life is only lived through the Holy Spirit for the purpose of God.

The Holy Spirit is the spirit of God and is received through Baptism by water in the name of the Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit. The Lord Jesus provides you his Holy Spirit when you ask for forgiveness of your sins, turn from your ways and through faith follow him. The Holy Spirit is the spirit of God and it lives inside you as you are obedient and faithful to Jesus. The purpose of The Holy Spirit is to counsel you and be your advocate everywhere you go in every situation such that you can do his will.

Armor of God

 Put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground... Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. 

EPHESIANS 6:13,17,18

The prayer of the saint enjoys perfect communion with the Lord. In this journey to sainthood, the Lord teaches his plan and breaks what was your old plan. Through this he teaches you how to pray and hear his voice so that you can be certain to always be doing his will - as Jesus.

In such learning, never allow yourself to be the God of your prayer. People enjoy directional prayers for fixes to things the Lord requires not to fix - thus creating angst in the person. Come to the Lord as your father - bow to him and ask for forgiveness - ask him to take you and let his will be done in you in Jesus name.

Make yourself right with God - then pray without ceasing. The prayers of a righteous person - a person in right standing with God - are powerful and effective. The prayers in the spirit of God are given and made by God himself through The Holy Spirit. Let the Lord finish his work in you and you will heal and teach and love as Christ himself. You will be one with Christ Jesus as Jesus is with our father. 

It is one thing to wrestle with God and another to wrestle with things before God. Never wrestle with God. Always wrestle with matters before God to work them out with God. The God of life and the creator of the heavens and earth designed you for communion with him - to be guided by him - and to rely on him. God is love and he loves you and he asks you to come unto him and have faith in him that his love is perfect for you.

Handling The Word of Truth

  "Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth. Avoid godless chatter, because those who indulge in it will become more and more ungodly."

2 TIMOTHY 2:15-16

The most high God created man to be his temple. Through faith, baptism of the Holy Spirit and only through acceptance of Christ Jesus as Savior - The Lord accepts you as his. In this, he makes you new such that you may do his will. His will is spreading the Gospel and his son Jesus.

To do this - he lives in you - the inner voice dialogue that was once self serving has changed to his voice - guiding you - talking to you - and teaching you - such that you will allow God to place you wherever he needs to so that he can speak and teach through you.

The things in which God speaks to you - work them out in practice as the intention is for the word and love of God be used to benefit and strengthen his people. Be deliberate in meditating on the words the Lord speaks to you such that the truth will be born in you - so you teach not from head knowledge received but through affliction of passing through the fire of truth for which true wisdom is born.

Speak not to sound righteous in front of men but rather be humble in truth. Do not argue over things in which others do not understand - rather seek the power of God on you to speak in a manner in which may be received.

Peace With Christ

  "The Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you. Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid."

JOHN 14:26-27

The Lords plan on your life is so perfect that it is truly unfathomable. Life in obedience to God is a process that takes time. It is only in absolute abandonment to Christ that his peace is brought on you. It is in the difficulty of shedding old beliefs and habits that new ones - new thoughts - goals and dreams will be entered into you from the Holy Ghost.

Allow the Spirit of God to descend upon you through your obedience to Jesus. It is this heavenly peace in difficult times that allow others to see the Lords presence and peace in your life.

Peace belongs to the Lord and it accompanies him everywhere. Personal decisions without the Lord bring forth anxiety, fear, confusion and discouragement. The Holy Spirit will guide all of your decisions through prayer and faith in Christ. Peace accompanies the Lord and is given to you by The Holy Spirit to comfort you so that you know he is there with you as you have chosen to walk his way.

So be not in a hurry to get busy making decisions without the Lord as it is he himself that has prepared your path and is waiting for you to seek his purpose in you. There is no fear in Christ only fear of disobedience to God - but rather peace and a promise of hope and a future.

Pray Always

 

Then Jesus told his disciples a parable to show them that they should always pray and not give up.

LUKE 18:1

The mind of men is tiny compared to that of the Father. We are designed to seek him and his will. The false created realities of this world have turned quiet time into "let's kill time." Everybody has clocked out. 

The Lord seeks your heart. Those who feel they have all the human answers to fix another's life are misguided if they do not speak of prayer and the will of God. Pray for the Lords will to be done in another's life - pray not for people to see things your way but in the way in which the Lord has designed them to be.

Intersession for another is to bring another before the Lord - not to be the Lord. Intersession is born in the fact of the redemption of Christ Jesus. To intercede on behalf of another - you must then by faith believe what Jesus did on the cross. 

Activity stalls prayer as it relies on constant busy action to overcome that which afflicts. The Lord says, Be still and know that I Am God. There is no task to great for the Lord  - he rose from the dead, he walks on water, he heals the blind and he rose to heaven on a cloud. Yes - the Lord can do all things and you can do all things through Christ - for it is he who strengthens you.

Quenching Personality

  "I have given them the glory that you gave me, that they may be one as we are one I in them and you in me so that they may be brought to complete unity. Then the world will know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me."

JOHN 17:22-23

The great majesty and beauty of our King and our God is that he lives- in us. Man is born into the world as an individual - striving to find his personality - this is Only truly found in Christ Jesus - for our Father created us this way. Without Jesus there is the individual achieving in vain.

In Christ Jesus you achieve his goals and eternity of joy is the reward. Flush out the individual and give all your life to the Lord. God - the Father - is a spirit - of love - as asked for -he will fill you with his spirit - as you walk in faith and love - the personality of Christ Jesus is born unto you.

The individual personality stands in the way of being in The Way of Christ. Love is what alters your personality and identifies your flesh with Christ. It is the out pouring of love from you to another thus creating a connection bind caused by the action of love. This is the life of Christ - to be love in action. To be love is to come from love and God is love.

Take Up Your Cross

 “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me. For whoever wants to save their life will lose it, but whoever loses their life for me will find it."

MATTHEW 16:24-25

The Lord asks that we give all of our lives to him such that we are made new in him. In this giving - you accept that your individual life is gone - thus aligning all you are to Christ Jesus. Individuality separates the direct communion and fellowship that Christ Jesus requires we give him.

Reconcile yourself to the Lord in all ways - renew your heart and mind in the word and spirit of God. Seek Jesus in everything - he lives in you - for you - as you allow through faith and obedience. In faith, the desires of Jesus become your desires thus allowing you to be used by him as a lampstand to draw all those who seek him.

All life is ordained by god. You are not created to walk alone or be left alone to your decisions. God is love and Jesus desires a very personal relationship with you. He loves you as only true love can. Jesus asks that you deny yourself so that you can follow him. You cannot follow your way and his way at the same time. The crossroads of man and God meet at the cross of Jesus Christ. Choose to follow Jesus in this day and let your mind rest in his loving spirit.

The purpose of life for Christ was to go to the cross to redeem all people. God loves people so he gave us his only son Jesus to be the sacrifice to break free of the law of Moses. We do not have to go to the cross or carry our own cross. Jesus did this for us to set us free. Take up your cross of individuality and follow Jesus.

Sacrifice of The Natural Life

 "Tell me, you who want to be under the law, are you not aware of what the law says? For it is written that Abraham had two sons, one by the slave woman and the other by the free woman. His son by the slave woman was born according to the flesh, but his son by the free woman was born as the result of a divine promise."

GALATIANS 4:21-23 

The difficulty people have in following the lord and the way of life for Christians is offering themselves for the sacrifice. As our Lord Jesus walked - so shall we. He gave all his life - offering the total package of natural for the total body miracle of the redemptive spirit of the most high God.

The spirit did not manifest until Jesus took his offering to the cross in triumph. We too are sacrifices - not to death - but to life in Jesus. Offer all you are - all you have ever known. Let it be gone and offered - give your heart to Jesus and his promise will show truth in you.

The natural life and the spiritual life cannot be lived at the same time. The natural must be put to death for the spiritual to spring forth. The natural life leads to sin - to work sin out of you - the spiritual life of Christ must be purposefully lived. 

The offering to God is the natural life. Christ is not natural - he is supernatural. The life of Christ in another can only be lived through obedience and faith to the Holy Spirit - to do the will of God - to love your neighbor - the person that which is near to you in need of loving kindness. This is the call of Christ Jesus.

Life in the Spirit

 "Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit. Let us not become conceited, provoking and envying each other."

GALATIANS 5:24-26

The natural way for God is to create a new you in him. To create something new - you must shed the old - old thoughts, feelings, hobbies, interests - finances. To create a brand new you in Jesus - all of the old you must pass away through faith and obedience to the Lord.

He will make his will known to you. He will share with you his path - through obedience you will walk his path and through this walk all is made new in the truth of Jesus Christ. There is nothing spiritual about money as a goal. Fall hard after Jesus - he is the only Truth.

The great task is to remove all self identification from you such that you only identify with the life of Jesus Christ. Any man that desires to be a disciple of Christ - must deny himself. In choosing Christ - you are choosing a life for which you must deny yourself - self desires. 

The natural life for man is of no benefit to God as it is self serving and leads to death. To say Jesus is Lord and not love your neighbor is not doing the Lords will. To be crucified in the flesh is to allow yourself to end your natural line of living and decision making and turn your heart and mind over to the Holy Spirit of Christ. The Holy Spirit is your advocate and will help you in all situations - speaking - teaching - guiding - directing and loving always.

Redemption

 "For by one sacrifice he has made perfect forever those who are being made holy."

HEBREWS 10:14 

The great truth in redemption is that Christ Jesus has already absolved the world and conquered the evil one. It is already done. Those who accept the Lord Jesus as the sinless risen Lord that he is - recognize the truth of the cross.

It is at the cross where sin was beaten - where the Lord triumphed over evil and gave himself willingly as the only perfect human atonement for every sin of man. One man lived - died and rose again in purity and love. He is Lord. He is alive and his name is Jesus Christ.

Redemption only comes through accepting what Jesus did on the cross. There is no line of being sorry that will make you right or save you from death. There is no acceptable sacrifice that can be brought before God - as he gave the world his only son Jesus - to be the sacrifice for all people. It is the identification with the death of Christ through acceptance of what he did that allows people to be reinstated into the covenant of God. 

We are forgiven by God only because of and through the blood of Jesus Christ that was shed at the cross. To be forgiven by God by the blood of Christ  - you must therefore believe that Jesus Christ went to the cross, bled to death and rose again so that you may live through his living and Holy Spirit. 

Repentance For Salvation

 "Godly sorrow brings repentance that leads to salvation and leaves no regret, but worldly sorrow brings death." 

2 CORINTHIANS 7:10

Nothing is changed and formed new without repentance. It is the act of calling on the Lord Christ Jesus and asking to be cleansed and washed in the blood of Christ Jesus to be forgiven of your sins and to walk a new life each day with the Lord.

This ends your old ways and begins a new life with the Lord. He cleanses you and fills you with love - his love and peace. All is the Lords - and through acceptance - repentance in Christ Jesus - he will make all new in you as the old passes away.

The new life will not resemble the old. Redemption comes at a cost of choosing a new life in Christ and turning from your old ways that lead to sin. Evidence of a new creation in Christ Jesus is the conviction of sin which is provided by The Holy Spirit of Jesus.

The Covenant of Faith

  "I have set my rainbow in the clouds, and it will be the sign of the covenant between me and the earth. Whenever I bring clouds over the earth and the rainbow appears in the clouds, I will remember my covenant between me and you and all living creatures of every kind. Never again will the waters become a flood to destroy all life."

GENESIS 9:13-15

Humans are the Lords creation. We are created for his purpose in a battle of faith. Humans are created in the Lords image - we must get rightly consecrated into the pleasing covenant of the Lord to be used by him and enjoy his heavenly blessings of peace, love and joy.

These are given over to you from the Lord as you give up your ways of self and man. He fills you full in his spirit as you dump the old habits and false beliefs. Jesus is the one and only way to salvation - Only through Jesus Christ are you set free.

God is looking for a personal relationship with you. He does not want to teach in the abstract or through methods that do not change your disposition. He made you so that through faith in his son Jesus Christ - his spirit  - the essence of himself - will live with you - inside you - as his Holy Temple. He speaks to you from the inside - within the spirit he provides through faith and Baptism.

You Are The Temple in Christ

 You shall be in charge of my palace, and all my people are to submit to your orders. Only with respect to the throne will I be greater than you.”

GENESIS 41:40

God is a spirit - in faith in Christ Jesus as Savior of man - and thru acceptance of his spirit in baptism you are reborn. In this rebirth, the body is cleansed to become a temple for the most high God. This is how he lives in us - through us - speaking for us - hearing in his way for discernment - always loving.

Through obedience and full faith in Jesus you shall be consecrated and made right before the Lord. The Lord will thank you - and a new life for you will be born in doing the Lord's will thru you.

Overcoming Antagonism

 "Whoever has ears, let them hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To the one who is victorious, I will give the right to eat from the tree of life, which is in the paradise of God."

REVELATION 2:7

Life on this earth is a battle - a spiritual battle - these battles manifest in physical, mental, moral - and your own spirit. As you are more rightly related to God and accept the spirit of Christ Jesus, antagonism on all fronts will be upon you. The gift of God is that in this antagonism - in which ever manner it shows up - has already been conquered by Jesus.

Therefore - when you are under attack in life - call on Jesus - and in this manner - the Lord will handle the situation as only he can. This allows him to be glorified in situations originally meant for bad intention.

Only Through The Holy Spirit

 "My message and my preaching were not with wise and persuasive words, but with a demonstration of the Spirit’s power, so that your faith might not rest on human wisdom, but on God’s power."

1 CORINTHIANS 2:4-5

There is one way to salvation - Jesus Christ. There is no such thing as "doing more good than bad" or "being a good person." There is No salvation without Jesus. There is no life without Jesus. Jesus is the Truth. Jesus is reality.

The Gospel is the truth of the Lord. It is about Jesus Christ redeeming all men at the cross. In accepting Jesus as Lord - the truth of the Lord will permeate your being. The Lord uses you for his purpose - it is the reason you live. In all you are give yourself to God - for Christ Jesus is the only way to eternal life - In Jesus all is truth.

With intention, be steadfast in clinging to Christ Jesus. To be the hands and feet of the Lord you must be sanctified by God for his good use. The hope and truth of Christ is the redemption of souls. To be sanctified is to know that Christ Jesus is the truth of the world. To be sanctified is to live by every word the Lord speaks for he speaks life and therefore it is.

With the Spirit of Jesus - you will hear and understand the word of God - you will have discernment from God within. Without the Holy Spirit of Jesus - you will have nothing but your human spirit and human mind to rely on. Those with only a human spirit and not the Holy Spirit of King Jesus do not understand the Holy Spirit or what it says - because it is not in them.

It is for this reason - we must spread the good news and teach the gospel to all people in all places. If the truth of Christ Jesus and his Holy Spirit resides in people everywhere - his will can be done on earth as it is in heaven.

Perfection in Christ

  "Not that I have already obtained all this, or have already arrived at my goal, but I press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me."

PHILIPPIANS 3:12

The word perfection has no place in the Christian heart unless you speak of Christ Jesus. The call to follow God and give your life to him is so he may work his perfection into your life. Humans are sinful - the Lord is perfect - cloaked in Righteousness. 

It is through obedience to his word and spirit he gives you - that his perfect light is brought into your less than perfect world. Let your mind rest and follow your heart - God is love - and he lives in you - Christ Jesus Lives.

The Lord takes his children and teaches us - he consecrates us into a perfect lamp so that others may see him in us.

Our bodies are tools for God to be used for his good purpose. We are called to be in perfect relation to Christ Jesus - not to be perfect. We are not to be unused and hidden - but rather brought forth in him such that his love and Holy Spirit shall be witnessed in you by others -  to love your neighbor.

Christ and The Law

  "If you really keep the royal law found in Scripture, “Love your neighbor as yourself,”you are doing right. But if you show favoritism, you sin and are convicted by the law as lawbreakers. For whoever keeps the whole law and yet stumbles at just one point is guilty of breaking all of it."

JAMES 2:8-10

Men who desire righteous standing without obedience to Jesus are doomed to the law. Doomed to sin. Slave to sin. There is only one way in which a man will be free of sin - Christ Jesus. Only in his truth - with his spirit are you free in Jesus - the law is no longer a noose around your neck - but obedience to the law through the spirit of Jesus is truth.

In the spirit - the law is easily obeyed for you are transformed - as a man you are not made new in Christ Jesus - thus binding you to death. 

The evidence of Faith is through deeds of love per the scripture and calling of Christ - "Love your neighbor as yourself." The absence of deeds for the cause of the love of Christ is a lack of faith. We are made right with God by faith in Jesus Christ - through this faith in Christ - his spirit of love will be given to you as your advocate to do the will of God. In his new Holy Spirit - the evidence of your faith to Christ will be made known through your love of others.
