Now my soul is troubled, and what shall I say?

Whoever serves me must follow me; and where I am, my servant also will be. My Father will honor the one who serves me.
“Now my soul is troubled, and what shall I say? ‘Father, save me from this hour’? No, it was for this very reason I came to this hour. Father, glorify your name!”

JOHN 12:26-28

Lord - through the trials of sorrow you have raised me high from my ashes. I thank you for my re-birth into all ways pleasing to my Lord. In sorrow you find the Lord - waiting - comforting - loving you and easing the pain. Do not get lost in sorrow as to lose your Lord. For he IS waiting for you.

Give all things to your Lord. For you are his. Walk step for step - let your heartbeat become one breath. The Lord lives in you - the spirit - let the Lord reign.

It is in sorrow that the Lord's greatest work can be done in you. The weakest point of the flesh allows the greatest work of God. God is a choice not a force upon you. He has already chosen you - it is up to you to choose him. King Jesus was in anguish and deep sorrow to go to the cross - but it was the very purpose for his life. In the brokenness and weakness of Jesus at the cross - the spirit inside him was made perfect. Before Jesus breathed his last on the cross, he shouted for everyone to hear,  “Father, I entrust my spirit into your hands!"

It is this very spirit that you will have live inside of you when you accept Jesus as Lord and are baptized in his name. It is for this reason he lived and died and rose again - to prove he is God and allow you to have complete access to him at all times.
