Jesus Is The Way

"Then the Lord said, “Shall I hide from Abraham what I am about to do?"

GENESIS 18:17

There is no love without God - therefore - in all life - in all choice - in all truth - God is known to me. His power - his truth and his complete sovereignty - He is God - Jesus Christ is the Way. There is but one way to the Father - his son - Christ Jesus. In knowing Jesus - I know the Lord.

The spirit of the most high God is the truth of life. All other relationships of love - truth and trust are built on the foundation of the Lord's love for me and my reciprocating love through the spirit of Jesus Christ - my perfect Savior.

Jesus is one with his father in heaven and he desires us to be one with him - through his Holy Spirit. To be one with Christ is to want no more - but to know that you already have. It is Christ in you that is the desire for Jesus - it is not for you to be alone - in a state of constant unknown dependency. When you walk with Christ - you know he is always with you - his spirit resides within you and his flow never ceases.

A relationship with Jesus is built on constant fellowship with him. It does take time and effort to build this relationship from the human side. Depending on Jesus means that you alter the way you make decisions. You no longer ask yourself what you want and you do not give in to compulsion - but instead, you rely on the Holy Spirit to speak within and you honor the Lord Jesus by doing what he asks. The Lord asks that you love the Lord with all of your heart, mind, soul and strength and also to love your neighbor.

Therefore, Jesus desires that you seek him in every situation and depend on his outflow of love to you - so that you may be love for the one that is near to you in need. Jesus already knows what you need and he desires for you to seek him in absoluteness - so that you come to know him and understand his way. In absolute dependence on Jesus - you will know that he is always there - even in the worst kind of despair.

"I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing." John 15:5

"No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it." 1 Corinthians 10:13

"For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but one who in every respect has been tempted as we are, yet without sin." Hebrews 4:15

"By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.” John 13:35

"So Jesus said to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, the Son can do nothing of his own accord, but only what he sees the Father doing. For whatever the Father does, that the Son does likewise." John 5:19
